Delivery

Each package ships inside the turnaround window published on its product page.

Warranty

45 day replacement warranty applies to verification-related lockouts that originate from how the account was built. Operator misuse, public credential sharing, and obvious fraud patterns void coverage.

Acceptable use

Buyers must comply with the published terms of each US platform they operate on. USA KYC does not endorse violations of platform terms or US law.

Refunds

Orders that cannot be delivered are refunded in full. Delivered orders are covered by the replacement warranty rather than cash refunds.
